Looking for affordable studio space

I am a jewellery designer-maker looking for affordable studio space in Bungay, Beccles or the surrounding villages.

I’ll be moving to the area at the end of May so it could be available now or from June onwards. I have a three year old so will be working part time, daytimes or evenings.

Shared space with other artists or in a studio community would be lovely. The space needs to have electricity and a water supply.

I have a good amount of silver-smithing equipment including a magnetic polisher and Durston polishing machine with built-in extractor fan which I am happy to share with another jeweller. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
